3831 RESOLUTION NO. 3, 831
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING CAPP SHANKS, JR.
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Capp Shanks, Jr. , an administrative aide
to the City Manager, has resigned his position to accept
employment as City Manager in the neighboring State of Missouri;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desire to acknowledge
the efforts and contributions of Mr. Shanks to the successful
accomplishments of this city government in the past few months
and simultaneously wish for him and his family every success
and happiness especially in his new undertaking as City Manager
in the State of Missouri.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors, individually
and collectively, for and on behalf of the citizenry of this
community express heartfelt thanks to Capp Shanks, Jr. for
his contributions to the accomplishments of this government
during the past few months, and further wish for him and his
family every success in his forthcoming endeavor.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
