A RESOLUTIONCONCURRING IN A PROPOSAL OF
"FIFTY FOR THE FUTURE" FOR A STUDY TO
DETERMINE THE ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY OF A
REVENUE BOND ISSUE TO BE FINANCED BY TOLL
CHARGES, THE PROCEEDS OF WHICH TO BE USED
IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE EAST-WEST EXPRESSWAY
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock hereby concurs
with "Fifty for the Future" in its recommendation for a study
to determine the economic feasibility of a revenue bond issue
to be financed by toll charges, the proceeds of which to be
used in the construction of the East-West Expressway in the
City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. It such study is made by creditable and
qualified persons or entities and such revenue bonds are ulti-
mately authorized and sold by the City of Little Rock for the
purpose of financing the construction of the said East-West
Expressway, the City would reimburse "Fifty for the Future"
for the itemized and invoiced cost of such study provided
such did not exceed the sum of $10,000.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in force and
effect from and after its adoption.
