A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE USED FOR RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN 65TH STREET; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas
hereby accepts for the purpose of a public street and the
installation and maintenance of public utilities the ded-
ication of the following described parcels of real property
with the name of the Grantors and the date of the dedication
deed for each parcel immediately preceeding each description:
(1) Coy 0. Brown and Dorothy Brown. April 17, 1967 .
A parcel of land situated in Leigh-Butler Acres,
City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows :
Part of Tract 28, Leigh-Butler Acres, beginning
at the southeast corner of Tract 28; thence N.
0° 14' 25" E, 11.91 feet; thence N. 89° 59' 50"
W, 208.00 feet; thence S. 0° 16' 30" W. , 11.18 feet;
thence S. 89° 47' 27" E. 208.00 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 2,297 square feet, more
or less.
(2) David A. Cox and Bettye Jo Cox. April 4, 1967.
A parcel of land situated in the Commonwealth
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows :
Part of Block 1, Commonwealth Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, beginning at the north-
east corner of said Block 1 ; thence South 0° 06' 35"
East 12.00 feet; thence South 89° 59' 10" West 551.75
feet; thence North 0° 05' 00" West 14.00 feet; thence
South 89° 47 ' 27" East 551. 77 feet to the point of
beginning; containing 6,069 square feet more or less.
(3) Industrial Development Company. April 20, 1967.
A parcel of land situated in the Little Rock Ind-
ustrial District, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows :

corner of said quarter section; thence N. 0°
04' 15" E, 80.00 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N. 0° 04' 15" E, 35.00 feet; thence S.
29° 55' 30" W, 40.12 feet; thence S. 89° 21' 00"
E, 20.00 feet to the point of beginning; contain-
ing 350 square feet, more or less.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
