A RESOLUTION MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MUSEUM OF SCIENCE
AND NATURAL HISTORY; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Mr. H. Lynn Wassell, Jr. and Mr. Tad
Phillips are hereby appointed to the Board of Trustees of
the Museum of Science and Natural History to fill the
vacancies on terms expiring November 15, 1968, created by
the resignation of Mr. Robert N. Berry and Mrs. W. R. Stephens.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
