3790 RESOLUTION NO. 3,790
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH THE
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY FOR A TEMPORARY CROSSING
TO BE USED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER LINE AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, the LITTLE ROCK SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM, in
its present expansion project, will have to construct a
temporary crossing over a railroad tract owned by the
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, and
WHEREAS , it is necessary that an Agreement be made
with the railroad company for said temporary crossing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an Agreement with the
MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY, for a temporary crossing
over certain lands and the tracks of the railroad company
between Commerce and Sherman Streets, north of East Markham
Street, to be used during the construction of a sanitary
sewer main .
ADOPTED this 19th day of JUNE, 1967 .
