A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THE PETITION
OF JONES-MURPHY-MILLARD, INC. TO CLOSE AND VACATE A
PORTION OF AN ALLEY ABUTTING LOTS 2 and 3 and 10 and
11, BLOCK 26 , CUNNINGHAM' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, DEDICATED AND DESIGNATED ON THE PLAT
OF CUNNINGHAM' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , a petition has been filed with the Board of
Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , by Jones-Murphy-Millard,
Inc. , praying for the closing and vacating of the following portion
of an alley, now situated in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , to-wit:
That portion of an alley abutting Lots 2 and 3 and 10
and 11, Block 26 , Cunningham' s Addition to the City of
Little Rock, dedicated and designated in the Plat of the
Cunningham' s Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS : ‘une'Section 1. That the 5th day of
1967, at /:'0- p.m. , in the Board Chambers , 3Ettle
Rock, Arkansas , is the date , time and place fixed for
hearing of the petition.
Section 2. That the City Clerk give notice
of such hearing by publication, once a week for two
consecutive weeks , in some newspaper published in Pulaski
County and having a general circulation in the City
of Little Rock, stating in said notice the name of the
petitioner and a description of the portion of the alley
to be closed and vacated and advising all persons that on
the date named above , the Board will hear the petition
and determine whether the aforesaid portion of said
alley shall be closed and vacated.
