RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO VACATE WEST THIRTEENTH STREET IN
BLOCKS 1 AND 2 , COX' S SUBDIVISION OF TAYLOR AND BODE-
MAN'S SUBDIVISION, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Direct-
ors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 18th day of April,
1967 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
street in Blocks 1 and 2 of Cox' s Subdivision of Taylor and Bodeman's
Subdivision, City of Little Rock, Arkansas , as designated on the plat
of said Subdivision of the City of Little Rock, now appearing of
record in Deed Book 1, Page 24, in the office of the Recorder of Pu-
laski County, Arkansas , subject, however, to any public utility ease-
.
ments located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30 o'clock
P. M. , on the 5t t day of , June , 19 (67/ .
SECTION 2. The City Cl4rk J is hereby directed to give notice of
such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once a
week for two ( 2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County , Arkansas , and having a general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
