3765 RESOLUTION NO. 3,765
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO PAY CERTAIN DOCTOR AND
HOSPITALIZATION EXPENSES RECENTLY
INCURRED BY CHARLES E. BAILEY, A
DISABLED FORMER EMPLOYEE OF THE
FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PUR-
POSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager and Director of
Finance are hereby authorized and directed to pay certain
itemized Doctor and hospitalization bills incurred by
Charles E. Bailey, now totally disabled, a former employee
of the Little Rock Fire Department, the sum total of which
is One Hundred Twenty Four and 50/100 Dollars ($124.50).
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
