A RESOLUTION APPROVING APPRAISALS AND
AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF CERTAIN PARCELS
OF LAND SITUATED IN PULASKI COUNTY, ARK-
ANSAS NEEDED AND NECESSARY AS RAILROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY TO SERVE THE PORT OF LITTLE
ROCK AND PORT TERMINAL FACILITIES; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTOR; OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby concurs
with and approves the purchase by the Port Authority of the
City of Little Rock of certain parcels of land needed for
right-of-way purposes in the construction of a railroad to
serve the Port of Little -:ock and Port Terminal Facilities
constructed thereat as hereinafter identified by number.
Each parcel shall be acquired for the purchase price herein-
after set forth opposite the parcel number which price
represents the approved appraisal of said parcel. The full
legal description of each parcel and the appraisal as herein
set forth are now and shall hereafter remain on file in the
Office of 2.eal Estate in the City of Little .ock.
SECTION 2. The parcels which are hereby approved
for purchase and the approved appraisal and purchase price
are as follows :

SECTION 3. The Port Authority and other agencies
of City Administration responsible in the premises are hereby

authorized to pay by warrant of the City of Little Rock
the purchase price for the respective parcels herein
identified to the person or persons entitled thereto
according to the opinion of the City Attorney so as to
vest full legal title to said parcels in the City of
Little Aock.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
