RESOLUTION NO. 3,755
A RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACTS ON BIDS
FOR VARIOUS ITEMS OF EQUIPMENT TO BE
USED BY VAZIOUS DEPARTMENTS OF THE CITY
ADMINISTRATION; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised
and bids received pursuant thereto according to law for
certain items of equipment for use by various departments
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive
bids have been determined and it is the desire of the
Board of Directors to authorize contracts for the purchase
of said items of equipment from the lowest responsible and
responsive bidders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The bids of the respective bidders
in the sums below for the several items of equipment for
use by the stated departments as identified are hereby
accepted and purchase contracts awarded as follows :

SECTION 2. Upon delivery of the ibregoing items

Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of
the purchase price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be- in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
