RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, SETTING THE DATE OF HEARING ON THE PETITION
TOVACATE STREET IN THAT PORTION of West 17th Street lying
West of Buchanan Street and East of Grant Street in the
City of Little Rock, Batman Addition TO THE C ITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed with the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on the 10th day of March, .1967,
asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon all of the
street in that portion of West 17th St. lying West of Buchanan
Street and East of Grant St. in the City of Little Rock, of Batman
Addition to the City of Little Rock, as designated on the plat of
said Addition now appearing on record in Deed Book 1 ,Page 91 ,
in the office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, subject,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at the
meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o 'clock P.M. on the 15th day of May _,19 67
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
s week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in
Pulaski County, Arkansas, and having general circulation in the City
of Little Rock.
