RESOLUTION ELECTING ASSESSORS
FOR
SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 137
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Sewer Improvement District
No. 137 have made due report to the Board of Directrs that they
have qualified for office and have organized, have formed plans
for their improvement, and have estimated the cost thereof to be
within the limit allowed by law, and have recommended the appoint-
ment of James H. Larrison Lloyd Pearce
and Thomas F. Larrison , all duly qualified electors of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as assessors to assess the benefits in said
District; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the report is approved, and that
James H. Larrison Lloyd Pearce
and Thomas F. Larrison be and they are hereby elected
as assessors for Sewer Improvement District No. 137 of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and they are directed to take the oath of office
and to assess the benefits to be received by each and every lot
or other tract of land within said District by reason of the
proposed improvement.
