3720 RESOLUTION NO. 3,720 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FIXING THE DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION TO CLOSE AND VACATE WEST SIXTH STREET BETWEEN PARK AND DENNISON STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the Board of Directors is considering under its General Powers the matter of closing and vacating West Sixth Street between Park and Dennison Streets and desires to hold a public hearing pertaining to the said subject matter. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the 20th day of March , 1967, at 7 :3U P. M. in the Board Chambers in the City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas, is the date, time and place fixed for hearing on the matter of closing and vacating that portion of West Sixth Street between Park and Dennison Streets in this City. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk give notice of such hearing by publication once a week for two consecutive weeks in some newspaper published in Pulaski County and having general circulation in the City of Little Rock stating in said notice the name of the Petitioner, a description of the portion of street to be closed and vacated, and advising all persons that on the date mentioned above the Board will hear the Petition and deter- mine whether the aforesaid portion of streets and alleys shall be closed and vacated. SECTION 3. This i.esolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption. ADOPTED: February 20, 1967 APPROVED City Clerk :ayor
