A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF MRS. JACK
L. RIRIE FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO HER VEHICLE IN
THE AMOUNT OF $176.17 ARISING FROM A COLLISION
WITH A CITY OWNED VEHICLE; .AUTHORIZING PAYMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of Mrs. Jack L. Ririe in the
amount of $176.17 arising from a collision between a motor vehicle
owned by said claimant and a vehicle owned and operated by the City
of Little Rock occurring on November 28, 1966, at Kavanaugh and
Cantrell Road is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of said damages upon receipt from Mrs. Jack L.
Ririe of a release running in favor of the City of Little Rock, its
agents, servants and employees in form and substance approved by
the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
