A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF MR. W. W.
McDOUGALD FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO HIS MOTOR
VEHICLE IN THE .AMOUNT OF $151.72 ARISING FROM
A COLLISION WITH A CITY OWNED VEHICLE;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Claim of Mr. W. W. McDougald in the
amount of $151.72 arising from a collision between a motor vehicle
owned by said claimant and a vehicle owned and operated by the
City of Little Rock occurring on January 10, 1967, in the 1800 Block
on West 14th Street in the City of Little Rock is hereby accepted
and approved. '
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of said damages upon receipt from Mr. W. W.
McDougald of a release running in favor of the City of Little Rock,
its agents, servants and employees in form and substance approved
by the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
