A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION DEED
FROM THE LI'T'TLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY FOR
THE RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR THE WRIGHT AVENUE BY-
PASS IN HIGH STREET URBAN RENEWAL PROJECT,
ARK. R-6 ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby accepts
the Dedication Deed of the Housing Authority of the City of
Little Rock to the right-of-way for Wright Avenue Bypass
situated in the High Street Urban Renewal Project, Ark. R-6,
which Deed is in words and substance as follows :

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a
corporation organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
Arkansas, Grantor, by its Chairman of the Board of Commissioners and its

Secretary, for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknolwedged , does hereby dedicate , grant, sell and quit-claim unto the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas , Grantee, and unto its successors and assigns
forever, the following described lands situated in the County of Pulaski,
State of Arkansas, to-wit :
Part of Lots 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 and 12 , Block 274 Pulk's Subdivision
of Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, and that Portion
of the east 1/2 of closed Ringo Street adjacent to the south 20.43
feet of Lot 6 of said Addition, all in Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows :
Beginning at the SE corner. Block 274, Fulk' s Subdivision of Centennial
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas; run N 87°
29 ' 10" W 302 .26 feet along the north right-of-way line of Wright Avenue

and unto its successors and assigns forever with all appurtenances thereunto

Grantee , as part of the consideration hereof, also agrees to the follow-
ing as covenants running with the land :
(a) To comply with all standards as set forth in the revised Urban
Renewal Plan for the High Street Project, ARK R-6, Little Rock,
Arkansas, dated November 1962 , on file in the office of the City
Clerk, Little Rock, Pulaski County , Arkansas, pertaining to the
usage of the land .
(b) To comply with all restrictions set forth in any and all applicable
codes and ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, pertaining to the usage of the land .
(c) To devote the property only to and in accordance with the uses �.
specified in the revised Urban Renewal Plan for the High Street
Project , ARK R-6 , Little Rock, Arkansas , dated November 1962, on
file in the office of the City Clerk, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.

national origin hl the sale , lease or rental. or in the use or

occupancy of the property or any improvements erected or to be
erected thereon, or any part thereof. The United States of America
shall be a beneficiary of the foregoing covenant and is entitled
to enforce it.
The Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , hereby covenants
with said City of Little Rock, Arkansas , that it will forever warrant and defend
the title to said lands against all claims and encumbrances done or suffered by
