A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED DATED
JANUARY 10, 1967, EXECUTED BY ST. VINCENT
INFIRMARY FOR CERTAIN LANDS TO BE USED AS A
PUBLIC STREET; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
SECTION 1. That certain Easement executed by St. Vincent
Infirmary dated January 10, 1967, conveying to the public forever,
an easement, over and upon the following described property for use
as a public street is hereby accepted:
A part of the SW 1/4 of the NW4 of Section 6,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, more
particularly described as follows: Begin
at a point 30 feet North and 49 feet East of
the Southwest corner of the said SW4 of the
NW4 and run thence North 0 degrees 44 minutes
West 14 feet; thence Southerly and Easterly
along a line with a radius of 29 feetfor a
chord distance of 23.7 feet; thence North 84
degrees 55 minutes East 160.8 feet; thence
South 86 degrees 17 minutes East 67.9 feet;
thence in a Northerly and Easterly direction
along a line with a radius of 39 feet for a
chord distance of 35 feet; thence South 48
degrees 24 minutes East 6 feet; thence in a
Southerly and Westerly direction along a line
with a radius of 80.5 feet for successive
chord lengths of 21.3 feet, 21.0 feet and
25.8 feet; thence West 228.6 feet to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. The above Easement is to be utilized in the
widening, paving and improving West Capitol Avenue East from its
intersection with University Avenue.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
