A RESOLUTION DENYING THE PETITION OF ROBERT
MARTIN FOR DISABILITY RETIREMENT PURSUANT TO
SECTION 2-24 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPO SE S.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The petition of Robert Martin, an
employee of the Department of Public Works of the City of Little
Rock, for Disability Retirement under the provisions of Section
2-24 of the Code of Ordinances is hereby denied.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
