A RESOLUTION .AUTHORIZING THE BAILEY
CORPORATION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN IMPROVE-
MENTS WITHIN THE RIGHT-OF-WY OF FOXCROFT
ROAD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The right, privilege, and franchise is
hereby granted to the Bailey Corporation to construct in and
upon certain public right-of-way hereinafter described, certain
improvements in the nature of a wall identifying the entrance
to Foxcroft =addition. The right, privilege and franchise granted
herein is conditioned so that in the event the said right-of-way
is needed for public purposes, the franchisee, its successors,
and/or assigns shall immediately restore the right-of-way to its
condition prior to the grant hereof solely and entirely at its
own expense.
SECTION 2. The property upon and over which the
aforesaid improvements are authorized for construction is
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the West
right-of-way line of Foxcroft Road and the
South boundary line of Foxcroft Addition said
boundary line being also the East-West
centerline of Section 26, T-2-N, R-13-W; thence
Easterly along said South boundary 20 feet;
thence North 20 feet; thence West to the West
right-of-way line of Foxcroft Road; thence
Southerly along said right-of-way line of
Foxcroft Road; thence Southerly along said
right-of-way line to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
