A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF R. L.
HARDIN FOR PROPERTY DAMAGES TO HIS MOTOR
VEHICLE IN THE SUM OF $150.00 ARISING FROM
A COLLISION WITH A CITY OWNED VEHICLE;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of R. L. Hardin for damages in
the amount of $150.00 arising from a collision between a motor
vehicle owned and operated by the City of Little Rock occurring
on August 11, 1966, in the 3600 block of South University Avenue
is hereby accepted and approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of said damages upon receipt from R. L.
Hardin of a release running in favor of the City of Little Rock,
its agents, servants and employees in form approved by the City
Attorney.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
