3602 RESOLUTION NO. 3,602 A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING ON A PETITION TO VACATE, ABANDON AND CLOSE A PORTION OF THE NORTH-SOUTH ALLEY LOCATED WITHIN BLOCK 237, ORIGINAL CITY Oi LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , Collins Temple Baptist Church, Chris H. Carpenter, Lutitia Jackson Lindsey, D. W. Jamerson and S. J. Jamerson have filed with the Little Rock City Board of directors a Petition praying that a portion of the North-South alley located within Block 237, Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas , said portion being the North 205.55 feet of said alley, as is more particular- ly described in said Petition, be vacated, abandoned and closed and have alleged that they are the sole owners of the lands abutting upon said portion of said alley; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Board of Directors of Little Rock, Arkansas : 1 Section 1. That the / day of I C i 61-./, 1966 , at 1 ?3,3 o'clock p.m. ,.m. in the chambers of the Board of Directors is the date and time fixed for hearing on this Petition. Section 2. That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas , give notice o := such hearing by publication, once a week for two consecu- tive weeks , in some newspaper published in the County and having a general circulation in the City, stating in said Notice thenames of petitioners, a description of the alley to be vacated, and advising all persons that on the date named above, the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and determine whether said alley should be vacated and closed.
