RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS , SETTING THE. DATE OF HEARING ON
THE PETITION TO VACATE AND ABANDON WEST 11TH STREET
FROM THE WEST LINE OF BISHOP STREET TO THE EAST LINE
OF MARSHALL STREET AND FROM THE WEST LINE OF MARSHALL
STREET TO THE EAST LINE OF WOLFE STREE, IN THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , a petition was duly filed with the Board of Di-
rectors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas , on the 22nd day of
June , 1966 , asking the Board of Directors to vacate and abandon
West 11th Street from the west line of Bishop Street to the east
line of Marshall Street and from the west line of Marshall Street to
the east line of Wolfe Street , in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
as shown on the plat of Marshall and Wolfe ' s Addition to the City of
Little Rock, now appearing of record in Deed Book M-2 , Page 625 , and
as shown of record in the plat of Fitzgerald ' s Addition to the City
of Little Rock, now appearing of record in Deed Book AB , Page 263 ,
in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas ; subject ,
however, to any public utility easements located in said street;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The hearing on said petition shall be held at
the meeting of the Board of Directors in the City Hall at 7:30
o'clock P. M. , on the 1st day of August , 1966.
SECTION 2 . The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of such hearing in the manner prescribed by law by publication once
a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pul-
aski County, Arkansas , and having general circulation in the City of
Little Rock.
