A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF ARKANSAS
STRUCTURAL PRODUCTS COMPANY IN THE SUM OF
$3,120.00 FOR PARK SHELTER STANDS; AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised
and bids received pursuant thereto according to law for the
construction of 10 park shelters stands, and;
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive
bid received pursuant thereto was the bid of Arkansas
Structural Products Company in the sum of $3, 120.00, and;
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the said bid and authorize execution of contract
for the construction of said 10 park shelter stands.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The bid of Arkansas Structural Products
Company of Conway, Arkansas, is hereby accepted in the sum of
$3,120.00 for 10 park shelter stands to be constructed in
accordance with the specifications, drawings, bid proposal
and other related documents.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk ace hereby
authorized and directed to execute a contract by the City
of Little Rock and Arkansas Structural Products Company
which contract shall be in standard form and shall contain all
of the terms and conditions of the specifications, drawings,
and bid proposal .
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
