A RESOLUTION .ACCEPTING THE CLAIM OF HENRY WADDLE
FOR PROPERTY DAMAGES TO HIS MOTOR VEHICLE IN THE
SUM OF $142.00 ARISING FROM .A COLLISION WITH A
CITY OWNED VEHICLE; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of Henry Waddle for damages
of $142.00 arising from a collision between a motor vehicle
owned by Henry Waddle and a vehicle owned and operated by
the City of Little Rock occurring on May 23, 1966, at the
2000 block of Spruce Street is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance
is hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary
warrant or warrants in payment of said damages upon receipt
from Henry Waddle of a release running in favor of the City
of Little Rock, its agents, servants, and employees in form
approved by the City Attorney.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
