A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE A REVISION TO A APPRAISAL
CONTRACT EXECUTED PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION 3564
ADOPTED MAY 2, 1966; PROVIDING FOR THE REALLO-
CATION OF CERTAIN WORK AMONG THE SEVERAL
APPRAISERS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a certain contract
modifying the contract authorized for execution in Resolution
3564 adopted May 2, 1966, which modifications related solely
to reallocation of parcels between appraisers, releasing
the name of Russell McLean from the terms of said contract
and redistributing the agreed consideration proposed to
Russell McLean among the remaining appraisers.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
