A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING CITY
MANAGER TO ADVERTISE CERTAIN PROPERTY LO ATED
IN GILL AM PARK FOR SALE; AUTHORIZING THE SALE
OF THE SAID PROPERTY BY SEALED BIDS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise for sealed bids for the sale from
the City of Little Rock of the SW of the NE ;, Section 26,
Township 1-N, Range 12 west, julaski County Arkansas
subject to reasonable conditions of sale in the discretion
of the City Manager.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
