A RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF THE CLAIM
OF DANIEL MARLAR FOR PROPERTY DAMAGES OCCAS-
IONED BY A COLLISION BY A CITY OWNED VEHICLE;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF $105.09; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The claim of Daniel Marlar for property
carnage to his vehicle in the sum of $105.09, which damage
arose from a collision involving his vehicle and a vehicle
owned ana operated by the City of Little Rock is hereby
accepted.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt by the City of Little Rock
of a release, in form and substance as aooroved by City
Attorney, releasing the City of Little Kock, its agents,
servants, and employees from any and all liability to the
said Daniel Marlar, the City Manager and Director of finance
are authorized and directed to pay to Daniel Marlar the sum
of $105.09 and to issue the necessary warrant to warrants
in payment thereof.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
