RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING
ON PETITION OF MRS. PEARL ELLIOTT FOR SIGHT-
SEEING FRANCHISE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Monday, May 2, 1966, is hereby set as a
date for public hearing on the petition of Mrs. Pearl Elliott
for a sight-seeing franchise in the City of Little Rock. Said
hearing will be at 7 :30 P. M. in the Board of Directors' Cham-
ber, City Hall, Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and di-
rected to publish notice of the public hearing provided for
in Section 1 by one insertion in a newspaper of general circu-
lation in the City of Little Rock at least ten days prior to
the date of the hearing.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
