A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION
DEED FROM CENTRAL ARKANSAS MILK PRODUCERS
ASSOCIATION TO RIGHT-OF-WAY ACROSS A PART
OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER NORTHEAST QUARTER
SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 1N, RANGE 13W, PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A dedication deed dedicating to
public uses for a roadway, certain lands within the
Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 36,
Township 1N, Range 13W, as more particularly described
in the said deed, which deed was executed by the Central
Arkansas Milk Producers Association aid has been delivered
to the City of Little Rock, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The deed accepted in Section 1 hereof
is in form and substance as follows:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT Central Arkansas Milk Producers Association, an
Arkansas corporation, for and in consideration of the benefits
accruing to it and to the public, does hereby dedicate to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, forever, for the purpose of a
public street and the installation and maintenance of public
utilities, a strip of land owned by it situated in part of the
NWT, NEB, Section 36, T-1-N, R-13-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows :
Commencing at the NW corner of SWk,
NEk of said Section 36 ; thence N 0°
34' West along the West line of the
NWk, NEk of said Section 36 64.1 feet
to the Easterly right-of-way of
Missouri Pacific Railroad; thence N
26° 561 E along said Easterly right-
of-way 1418. 10 feet to the centerline
of Forbing Road, which is the North
line of the NWT, NEk of said Section 36 ;
thence N 89° 27 ' E along said center-
line 350.80 feet to the point of begin-
ning of dedication; thence continue
N 89° 27 ' E along said centerline 25 .0
feet; thence South 1321 .2 feet to a
point on the South line of NWT, NEk,
Section 36 ; thence South 89° 23' West
along said South line 25.0 feet; thence
North 1321.19 feet to the point of begin-
ning, said parcel containing 0.758 acres,
more or less.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Central Arkansas Milk
Producers Association, an Arkansas corporation, has caused
these presents to be signed by its President, attested by its
Secretary, and its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, all
in accordance with and pursuant to a resolution//of� is Board

undersigned Notary Public, personally appeared H. B. Spence
and David L. Parr, who acknowledged themselves to be the
President and Secretary, respectively, of Central Arkansas
Milk Producers Association, a corporation, and that they, as
such officers, being authorized so to do, executed the fore-
going instrument for the purposes therein contained by sign-
ing the name of the corporation by themselves as such officers.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full
force and effect from and after its adoption.
