A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS OF MINUTE ORDER NO. 66 81 OF
THE ARKANSAS HIGHWAY COMMISSION PERTAINING
TO THE SIGNALIZATION OF ASHER AVENUE AND
UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on February 23, 1966, the Arkansas State
Highway Commission inacted a minute order identified as
Minute No. 66 81, authorizing the remodeling and improve-
ment of the intersection of Asher Avenue and University
Avenue in the City of Little Rock together with other
related improvements; and,
WHEREAS, said commitment was subject to the com-
mitment of the City of Little Rock that it will when
necessary furnish, operate and maintain the necessary
electrical signalization of the intersection; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Joard of Directors
of the City of Little Rock to accept the conditions thus
imposed and to commit itself to furnish, operate and main-
tain electrical eignalization within said intersection;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 3Y THE 6OARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Minute Order No. 66 81 passed February 23,
1966 by the Arkansas State Highway Commission is hereby
recognized and accepted.
SECTION 2. The City of Little Rock, upon completion
of the remodeling of the intersection of Asher Avenue and
University Avenue and the related improvements contemplated
by the State Highway Commission does commit itself to

furnish, operate and maintain the necessary electrical
signalization within said intersection.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
