A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF VICTOR
HOMAN OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS
($1, 500.00) FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING CON-
VEYANCE OF SAID PROPERTY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto for certain property owned
by the City of Little Rock hereinafter described; and,
"WHEREAS, the highest and best bid was the bid of
Victor Homan in the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($1, 500.00) ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the bid of Victor Homan and to authorize conveyance
to him of the said lands;
NOW THEREFO RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Victor Homan in the sum of
One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00) for certain
property owned by the City of Little Rock, more particularly
described in Section 2 hereof, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk, upon payment
of the purchase price described in Section 1 hereof by
Victor Homan, are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a deed to Victor Homan conveying the right, title and
interest of the City of Little Rock in and to the property
herein described. The deed to be executed and delivered to
Victor Homan is in form and words as follows:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That for and in consideration of One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00) cash in hand paid, the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, GRANTOR, pursuant to
authority of Resolution No. , does hereby
quitclaim, sell and convey unto Victor Homan, .GRANTEE,
all of its right, title and interest in and to the
following property, lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas,
TO WIT:
A part of Lot 1, Block 3, Perry Heights
Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas described as: beginning at the
Southwest corner of said Lot 1, Block 3,
thence Northerly along the West line of
Lot 1 a distance of 34.20 feet to a point;
thence deflect 92° 48' East a distance of
105.11 feet to a point; thence Southeasterly
36.81 feet to a point on the South line of •
. Lot 1 which is 17 .95 feet West of the South-
east corner of Lot 1; thence Westerly along •
the South line of Lot 1 to the Point of
Beginning.

To have and to hold unto the said GRANTEE, his heirs
and assigns forever, together with all appurtenance thereto.
