RESOLUTION NO. 3,521
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BIDS OF
VARIOUS BIDDERS FOR BLEACHERS FOR USE IN
THE PARKS DEPARTMENT, REPAIR PARTS FOR THE
CITY ASPHALT PLANT AND A HEAT LAMP SIGN
APPLICATOR FOR USE BY THE TRAFFIC DEPARTMENT;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR THE RESPECTIVE ITEMS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto for a heat lamp sign appli-
cator, repair parts for the City owned asphalt plant and
bleachers for use in the City parks system; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive
bidders for the respective items have been determined by
the Board of Directors; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the said low responsible and responsive bids and
to authorize purchase of the items described,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R :SOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The items, successful bidder and purchase
price are as described and referred to and in the amounts shown
below:

SECTION 2. Upon receipt of the items described in
Section 1 in compliance with the specifications and bid pro-
posals, the City Manager and Director of Finance are authorized

and directed to execute the necessary warrant or warrants
in payment to the successful and named bidder.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
