A RESOLUTION AWARDING TO PURCHASER THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS SEWER REVENUE BONDS, DATED F'P:BRUARY 1,
1966, IN THE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF $8,280,000.
WHEREAS the Chairman of the Sewer Committee of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas has reported to the Board of Directors on
the sale of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Sewer Revenue Bonds,
dated February 1, 1966, in the principal amount of $8, 280,000, and
has filed with this Board a copy of the Resolution of the Sewer
Committee approving and accepting the bid of Halsey, Stuart & Co. ,
Inc. , Dabbs Sullivan Co. , Inc. , E. L. Villareal & Co. , Inc. ,
Stephens, Inc. , T. J . Raney & Sons, Inc . , Hornblower & Weeks-
Hemphill, Noyes, and Associates, subject to the approval of
this Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 . That the bid of Halsey, Stuart & Co. , Inc. , Dabbs
Sullivan Co. , Inc. , E. L. Villareal & Co . , Inc. , Stephens, Inc. ,
T. J. Raney & Sons, Inc. , Hornblower & Weeks-Hemphill, Noyes, and
Associates is the lowest and best bid received at the public sale
of the bonds, and, therefore, the action of the Sewer Committee
in approving and accepting said bid is hereby approved and confirm-
ed, and it is hereby authorized and directed that the bonds be
sold to Halsey, Stuart & Co . , Inc. , Dabbs Sullivan Co. , Inc . ,
E. L. Villareal & Co. , Inc. , Stephens, Inc. , T. J. Raney & Sons,

Inc. , Hornblower & Weeks-Hemphill, Noyes and Associates at said
price.
