A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ROBERT N. BERRY
TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MUSEUM OF
SCIENCE AND NATURAL HISTORY; ACCEPTING THE
RESIGNATION OF MRS. W. S. MITCHELL; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Robert N. Berry is hereby appointed
to the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and
Natural History to fill the unexpired term of Mrs. W. S.
Mitchell which term expires on November 15, 1968.
SECTION 2. The resignation of Mrs. W. S. Mitchell
dated January 27, 1966, is hereby accepted with gratitude
to Mrs. W. S. Mitchell for her services to the public of
the City of Little Rock while a member of the said Board
of Trustees.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
