3510 RESOLUTION NO . 3,510
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR EQUIPMENT FOR
USE IN THE PARKS DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised for equipment
to be used by the Parks Department of the City of Little Rock
and bids were received pursuant thereto ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors to accept
the bids of the lowest responsible and responsive bidders for the
items described and set forth in the specifications for bidding.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The bids of the named bidders set opposite the
description of the items described below which bids are in the sums
also set forth below are hereby accepted:
1 - Greensmower Capital Cycle & Equipment Company $ 308.49
3 - Greensmowers Keeling Supply Co. 936.27
Fairway Mower Keeling Supply Co . 1,924.86
Kitchen Equipment Dixie Equipment Co. 3,957.00
for the Zoo
Tracks for TD Tractor Little Rock Road Machinery Company 1,302.04
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance, upon
receipt of the equipment complying with the bidding specifications,
are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant or
warrants in payment of the purchase price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
