A RESOLUTION RENEWING IN THE NAME OF
NORMA SUE ELLIS THE AMBULANCE OPERATORS
LICENSE HERETOFORE ISSUED TO LEONARD
ELLIS, DOING BUSINESS AS ELLIS AMBULANCE
AND WRECKER SERVICE; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES .
WHEREAS, Leonard Ellis doing business as Ellis
Ambulance and Wrecker Service, has heretofore been granted a
license as an ambulance operator in the City of Little Rock;
and,
WHEREAS, Leonard Ellis is deceased, and Norma Sue
Ellis, his widow, is the successor to the aforesaid business
and has made application for renewal of the license as an
ambulance operator in her name as such successor; and,
WHEREAS, it is found that Norma Sue Ellis doing
business as Ellis Ambulance and Wrecker Service, has complied
in all respects with the requirements of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock applicable to ambulance operators,
and that it is in the public interest that the license hereto-
fore held by Leonard Ellis be now renewed in the name of Norma
Sue Ellis for a period of one year;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The license as an ambulance operator here-
tofore held by Leonard Ellis doing business as Ellis Ambulance
and Wrecker Service, is hereby renewed for a period of one year
in the name of Norma Sue Ellis as his successor in business .
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
