A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID OF
CROCKETT MOTORS FOR THE PURCHASE OF
CERTAIN USED AUTOMOBILES OWNED BY THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING TRANSFER
OF SAID VEHICLES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law, for a purchase from
the City of Little Rock of numerous vehicles owned by the City
of Little Rock and used within its several departments; and,
WHEREAS, the highest and best bid was the bid of
Crockett Motors in the sum of Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-
One and no/100 Dollars ($9 ,191.00) for all of said vehicles;
and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to authorize the sale of said vehicles to Crockett Motors for
the aforesaid sum;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Crockett Motors in the sum of
Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-One and no/100 Dollars
($9 ,191.00) for certain vehicles owned by the City of Little
Rock, consisting of thirty (30) vehicles of various description,
more particularly described in the bidding instruments, is
hereby authorized.
SECTION 2. Upon receipt of the purchase price, the
City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute and
deliver the necessary documents of transfer to each and every
motor vehicle, subject of this resolution, in favor of Crockett
Motors.

SECTION 3 . This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
