A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF LONNIE W.
REED IN THE SUM: OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
TWENTY FOUR AND no/100 DOLLARS ($1, 524.00)
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY AND IMPROVEMENTS OWNED
BY THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AUTHORIZING EXE-
CUTION OF NECESSARY INSTRUMENTS TO TRANSFER
TITLE THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised and
bids received pursuant thereto for a portion of Lot 12, Block 2
Tower Grove Addition to Little Rock together with physical
improvements located thereon; and,
WHEREAS, the bid of Lonnie W. Reed in the sum of
One Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Four and no/100 Dollars
($1,524.00) was the lowest responsible and responsive bid in
compliance with the specifications; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
of the City of Little Rock to authorize a conveyance of
said lands to Lonnie W. Reed according to the terms and conditions
in the specifications and bid proposals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Lonnie W. Reed for a portion
of Lot 12, Block 2, Tower Grove Addition to Little Rock, Arkansas,
together with physical improvements located on the lot in the
sum of One `thousand Five Hundred Twenty Four and no/100 Dollars
($1,524.00) is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to execute for and behalf of the City
of Little Rock a Quit-Claim Deed conveying to Lonnie W. Reed
the following described property:
Lot 12, Block 2, Tower Grove Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, except the following; beginning
at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 12,
thence Northerly along the East line of

Lot 12 a distance of 45 feet; thence
deflect 89°2' left for a distance of 8.05
feet; thence deflect 79°53 ' left a distance
of 41.85 feet; thence deflect 76°23' right
a distance of 123 feet; thence 177°30 ' left
a distance of 144 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 914 square feet more
or less.
SECTION 3. Upon payment of the bid price and com-
pliance with all provisions of the specifications and bid
proposal, the City Manager is authorized and directed to
deliver said deed to Lonnie W. Reed.
SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
