A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR AUTOMOBILES
FOR USE BY THE SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AUTHORIZING PAYMENT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised for
automobiles to be used by several of the departments of the
City of Little Rock and bids were received pursuant thereto;
and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors
to accept the bids of the lowest responsible and responsive
bidders for the items described and set forth in the specifi-
cations for bidding.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bids of the named bidders set opposite
the description of the items described below which bids are in
the sums also set forth below are hereby accepted:
15 - 117" Wheel base Police specials Bevis Dodge, Inc. $27,982.20
for use by Police Department

for use by Street Department

SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director. . of Finance, upon
receipt of the vehicles complying with the bidding specifications,

are hereby authorized and directed to issue the necessary warrant
or warrants in payment of the purchase price.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
