3485 RESOLUTION NO. 3,485 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE AND 33/100 DOLLARS ($145.33) TO J. B. NEWCOMB AI SI NG FROM DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY IN A COLLISION INVOLVING A CITY OWNED VEHICLE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The claim of Mr. J. B. Newcomb for damage to his automobile arising from a collision with a City owned vehicle, which collision occurred on the 10th day of January, 1966, at or near Reb8amen Park Road which claim is in the sum of One Hundred Forty Five and 33/100 Dollars ($145.33 is hereby approved for payment. SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are hereby authorized and directed to execute the necessary warrant in payment of the said claim upon the receipt from Mr. J. B. Newcomb of a release from any and all further liability running in favor of the City of Little Rock, its agents, servants and employees in connection of said collision. SECTION 3.
