A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN PLANS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A FIRE STATION AT THE ENTRANCE
TO WALTON HEIGHTS AND CANTRELL ROAD PREPARED
BY RAYMOND BRANTON, ARCHITECT, AUTHORIZING THE
TAKING OF BIDS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The preliminary drawings for a fire
station to be located on Highway 10 at the entrance to Walton
Heights, designated Fire Station No. 16, prepared by Raymond
Branton, Architect, are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby directed, upon
completion of working drawings and approval thereof by the City
Manager, to take bids for the. construction of the said fire
station in accordance with the said drawings, plans and specifi-
cations.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
