A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RIGHT TO PURCHASE
CERTAIN LANDS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE MASTER STREET
PLAN ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE 10,929, AS AMENDED;
AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock does hereby waive
its right to purchase certain lands pursuant to the Master
Street Plan adopted and in force by virtue of Ordinance 10,929,
which lands appear in the right-of-way for the proposed
36th Street - Fourche Bottoms Expressway in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas. The waiver of the option and right to purchase
by virtue of the provisions of said Ordinance is applicable
to the following described lands:
Lot 28, Block 10, Oak Park Annex according
to an unrecorded plat.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and appropriate agencies of
the City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to
issue to the proper person or persons the necessary building
permit and other necessary permits for the erection of improv-
ments on and over the said described lands.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
