A RESOLUTION AMENDING SECTION 2(a) OF
RESOLUTION NO. 3,367 ADOPTED AUGUST 2,
1965, SAME BEING A RESOLUTION ACCEPT-
ING THE BID OF GENERAL MOTORS CORPORA-
TION, COACH DIVISION, FOR THE PURCHASE
OF CERTAIN BUSES BY THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . Section 2(a) of Resolution No. 3,367,
enacted August 2, 1965, is hereby amended to read as
follows:
" (a) Receipt of Two Hundred Eighty-Seven
Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-Two and 42/100
Dollars ($287,372.42) by the City of Little
Rock from the Housing and Home Finance Agency
and commitment from said Agency of the sum of
Ninety-Five Thousand, Seven Hundred Ninety and
81/100 Dollars ($95, 790.81 ) upon meeting the
planning requirements of Section 4(a) of the
Urban Mass Transportation Act of 1964; and"
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
