A RESOLUTION NOTIFYING THE OWNERS OF
LAND LYING WITHIN A PROPOSED STREET
UNDER THE MASTER STREET PLAN, ADOPTED
BY ORDINANCE NO. 10,929 , THAT PUBLIC
FUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE ACQUI-
SITION OF A PORTION THEREOF NEEDED FOR
STREET PURPOSES WITHIN TWELVE (12)
MONTHS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The owners of certain lands at the inter-
section of 22nd and Bond Streets in the City of Little Rock,
more specifically described as follows :
Commencing at the NE corner of the SW4 SE4
of Section 12, T-1-N, R-12-W; thence run West
60 ' along the North line of the said SW4, SE4
to a point; thence South 00°05 ' East a dis-
tance of 57 .6 feet to a point; thence run West
along the South right-of-way line of Bond Street
for a distance of 356.2 feet to the point of
beginning; thence West on the South right-of-
way of Bond Street for a distance of 91.9 feet
to a point; thence South 29°30 ' East 960.3 feet
to a point; thence North 4°33 ' West 58 .7 feet
to a point; thence North 4°33 ' West 100 feet to
a point; thence North 00 005 ' West to a point
which is the intersection with a line 80.00
feet Northeast of and parallel to Northeast
right-of way line of the MOPAC Railroad; thence
North 29 30 ' West along said parallel line to
the point of beginning; containing 0.883 acres
or 38,480 square feet.
are hereby notified that the City of Little Rock will have
available public funds for the acquisition of said lands for
public right-of-way within twelve (12) months . The lands

aforedescribed lie within a portion of a proposed street es-
tablished under the Master Street Plan, a part of the compre-
hensive development plan of the City of Little Rock, adopted
by Ordinance No. 10,929 , of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to solicit from the owners of the foregoing lands an
option to purchase same and to report all progress to this board
of directors. In the event an option shall not be tendered to
the City, the City Manager is authorized and directed to make
recommendation to this board of directors concerning condemna-
tion of said lands.
SECTION 3 . This Resolution shall be in full force
and effect from and after its adoption.
