RESOLUTION NO. 3,451
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF KAR-TROL
SIGNAL COMPANY FOR RADAR VEHICLE DETECTORS;
AUTHORIZING PAYMENT THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation to bid was duly advertised according
to law and bids received pursuant thereto for six (6) Radar
Vehicle Detectors for use by the Police Department of the City
of Little Rock; and,
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bid was
the bid of Kar-Trol Signal Company in the sum of Two Thousand
Three Hundred and 81 /100 Dollars ($2,300.81 ) ; and,
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of
the City of Little Rock to accept the bid of Kar-Trol Signal
Company and to authorize payment for the six (6) Radar Vehicle
Detectors.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 . The bid of Kar-Trol Signal Company in the sum
of Two Thousand Three Hundred and 81 /100 Dollars ($2,300.81 ) for
six (6) Radar Vehicle Detectors, in accordance with the plans
and specifications made a part of the bidding documents, is
hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed, upon receipt of the units com-
plying in all respects with the specifications for bidding to
issue the necessary warrant or warrants in payment of the pur-
chase price.

SECTION 3. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
