A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A DEDICATION DEED
FROM RIVER RIDGE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1965 DEDICATING TO
PUBLIC USE CERTAIN LANDS IN CANDLEWOO D
SUBDIVISION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A dedication deed executed by River
Ridge Development Corporation dated September 30, 1965
dedicating certain lands in Candlewood Subdivision for
public use, is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The dedication deed referred to in
Section 1 hereof is in form and substance as follows:

consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned and set forth.
