A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION DEEDS FROM
GUS AND LEONARD OTTENHEIMER FOR PARK SITES IN
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
WHEREAS , certain lands in the Southwest portion of the City
of Little Rock are owned by Gus Ottenheimer and Leonard Ottenheimer
who desire to dedicate the same to the City of Little Rock for
park facilities; and
WHEREAS , with deepest gratitude the Board of Directors and
the citizens of Little Rock wish to accept said dedications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. Dedication Deeds executed by Gus Ottenheimer and
Leonard Ottenheimer dedicating certain lands lying in the Southwest
portion of the City of Little Rock, which deeds are dated July 30,
1965, be and are hereby accepted according to the terms and
conditions and for the purposes therein contained.
SECTION 2. The dedication deeds referred to in Section 1
hereof are in form and substance as follows:

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS :
That GUS OTTENHEIMER, Agent, (an unmarried person) , Grantor, for
the consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1 . 00) , in hand paid by
the CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, Grantee, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does grant, sell and convey unto the said Grantee
and unto its assigns forever, all his right, title, interest and claim
in and to the following lands lying in Pulaski County, Arkansas, to
be used as a Public Park or for other public recreational purposes :
Part of Section 36, Township 1 North, Range 13 West,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as follows :
Begin at the SW corner of Lot 340, CLOVERDALE SUB-
DIVISION, thence Northwesterly 642. 3 feet along the
Northerly line of Dahlia Drive and the Northerly line
of Lot 114 of CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION to a point on
the Easterly right-of-way line of the Missiouri-Pacific
Railroad, thence Northeasterly 482 feet, more or less,
along said right-of-way to the Southwesterly corner of
Lot 325, CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, thence Southeasterly
249 . 3 feet along the Southerly line of Lots 325, 326,
327, CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, thence Southeasterly 390
feet along the South line of Lots 327 , 328, 329, 330,
331, 332, and 333 to the SE corner of said Lots 333,
CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, thence Southwesterly 419 . 7
feet along Westerly line of Lots 335, 336, 337, 338,
339 and 340 to the point of beginning, containing 6. 37
acres.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee, and unto
its assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.

of Lot 306, CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, thence Northeasterly
130 feet along the Westerly line of Lot 306 to the NW
corner thereof, thence Southeasterly 50 feet along the
Northerly line of said Lot 306 to the SW corner of Lot
279, thence Northeasterly 726. 2 feet along the Westerly
line of Lots 279, 278, 277, 276, 275, 274-A, 274, 269
and 268 to a point on the North line of the SWl/4 of
said Section 36, thence West 568. 5 feet along said North
line to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of
Missouri-Pacific Railroad, thence Southeasterly 121.3
feet along said right-of-way line to the NW corner of
the Sewage Treatment Plant property, thence Southeasterly
at an angle of 97° 58 ' with the 121. 3 foot line a dis-
tance of 218.15 feet, thence Southwesterly at an angle
of 90° with the 218. 15 foot line a distance of 250 feet,
thence Northwesterly at an angle of 90° with the 250
foot line a distance of 190 feet to a point on the East
right-of-way line of the Missouri-Pacific Railroad,
which is the SW corner of said Sewage Treatment Plant
property, thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way
line 330 feet, more or less, to the NW corner of Lot
324, CLOVERDALE SUBDIVISION, thence Southeasterly 146. 2
feet along the Northerly line of said Lot 324 to the
point of beginning, containing 5.04 acres, more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee, and unto
its assigns forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
