A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF TREADWAY
ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR LIGHTING FIXTURES IN
THE CITY HEALTH BUILDING; AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, invitation for bids was duly advertised and bids
received pursuant thereto according to law for certain lighting
fixtures to be installed within the City Health Building; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible and responsive bid of
Treadway Electric Company in the sum of One Thousand One Hundred
Ninety-Five and 8O/100 Dollars ($1,195.80) ; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Directors of the
City of Little Rock to accept the bid of Treadway Electric
Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The bid of Treadway Electric Company in the
sum of One Thousand 0 ne Hundred Ninety-Five and 80/100 Dollars
($1,195.80) less discount for lighting fixtures for the City
Health Building is hereby accepted.
SECTION 2. The City Manager and Director of Finance are
hereby authorized and directed upon receipt of the items bid to
issue the necessary warrant or warrants of the City of Little
Rock in payment of the purchase price.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
