3328 RESOLUTION NO. 3,328
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY
DRAWINGS AND PLANS FOR THE REMODELING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ' CHAMBER IN CITY
HALL; AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, plans and drawings and recommendations have
been submitted to this Board of Directors by the City Manager,
all of which were drawn and established by personnel of the
City of Little Rock; and
WHEREAS, the drawings in the proposed plan of con-
struction are acceptable to this Board of Directors and it is
the desire of this Board of Directors that this said remodeling
be undertaken in accordance therewith;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DI_RECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1. The preliminary drawings, plans and speci-
fications as prepared by the office of the City I1anager and on
file in said office are hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and
directed to complete or cause to be completed such detailed
drawings as shall be necessary to accomplish the work and to
undertake the improvements as reflected in said plans at the
earliest practicable time.
SECTION 3. This resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption .
