A RESOLUTION FIXING A DATE FOR A HEARING ON A
PETITION TO VAC4TE, ABANDON AND CLOSE RINGO
STREET BETWEEN WEST 16TH STREET AND WRIGHT
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Little Rock School District , Little Rock, Arkansas ,
and City of Little Rock, Arkansas , have filed with the Little
Rock City Board of Directors their Petition paying that Ringo
Street between West 16th Street and Wright Avenue in the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas , as more particularly described in
said Petition and the plat attached thereto , be vacated,
abandoned and closed, and have alleged that they are the sole
owners of the lands abutting upon same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIREC-
TORO OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the 7th day of June , 1965, at
7:3° o 'clock P .m. , in the chambers of the Board of yirectors
is the date and time fixed for the hearing on said Petition.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk of Little Rock, Arkansas ,
give notice of such hearing by publication, once a week for two
(2) consecutive weeks , in some newspaper published in the County
and having a general circulation in the City, stating in said
Notice the names of Petitioners , a description of the street to
be vacated, and advising all persons that on the date named above ,
the Board of Directors will hear the Petition and determine
whether said street should be vacated.
